So I really like how clean the lineart is. I dunno, you must have magic hands or something, because my lineart is total crap compared to yours. Also, the car is very well done, nothing to be improved on that. You also did a great job with the lighting and values.
On going now to the improvements~
In my oppinion the character's porportions are really human-like. I don't know, but in my oppinion his arms look really long. I think that the picture is a bit too blurry, it kind of bugs the eye a bit, no? You could have had it focused on the main object, which in this case is the car, and then you could've blurred the background. This would make it much easier to see a moving effect without a problem.
Overall, this picture is very well done, this definetly belongs in my favorites.
