This is my first critique. Here goes.

This piece is amazing. I love how the hair shines and all.
Next i love the colors. Its just amazing.The colors really suit the characters.
The backround is nice. it could have used a little more though.
The eyes really get to me. I love how they shine!
The design is amazing. The idea is a good one.
The Styles and outfits are really good. I love how they seem to go with these characters!
The word copycat in the back explains the piece, wich fits nicely. This is Just amazing.
Overall, nicely done!

hmmm it depends... if you're thinking to do a very similar character I'd say no, if you're going to get just inspired on her and you make your own character (not a copy of my character) it's better ;)
